How do I connect my phone to HookBell?

Download the HookBell app, then go to hookbell.com/dashboard and click Devices. Tap "Link Device" to generate a QR code, then scan it with the app.

Which services does HookBell support?

We currently support Clerk, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Supabase, Cal.com, Resend, and Polar. Each integration has a dedicated parser for rich, human-readable notifications.

How do I set up a webhook connection?

Create a connection in your dashboard, copy the unique webhook URL, and paste it into your service's webhook settings. HookBell will start sending push notifications as soon as events fire.

I'm not receiving push notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled for the HookBell app in your phone's settings. Also verify your device is still linked in the dashboard under Devices. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your device.

Can I use HookBell with a service that isn't listed?

Not yet — we're actively adding new integrations. If you have a service you'd like to see supported, reach out to us at support@hookbell.com.

What are the plan limits?

The free plan includes 1 connection, 1 device, and 100 events per month. Pro ($12/month) includes 10 connections, 3 devices, and 50,000 events. Teams ($39/month) includes unlimited connections, 10 devices, and 500,000 events.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to hookbell.com/dashboard/billing and click "Upgrade to Pro". You can manage your subscription there at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at support@hookbell.com and we'll process your account deletion. All your data including channels, devices, and notification history will be permanently removed.
