By accessing or using HookBell ("Service"), operated by HookBell ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HookBell delivers push notifications to your mobile device when webhook events are received from third-party services you configure. We parse incoming webhook payloads and send human-readable notifications.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Send webhook payloads designed to abuse, overload, or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Webhook Data

You are responsible for the webhook data you route through Hook Bell. We process webhook payloads to generate notifications and do not store raw payloads beyond what is necessary for delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Third-Party Services

HookBell integrates with third-party services (e.g., Clerk, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party webhook data.

7. Availability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered instantly or without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookBell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed or delayed notifications.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
